Tonight is a special occasion for our U12 boys and girls as they make their championship debut after years of hard work, dedication and development.

Since they first pulled on the green and gold jersey, this group has trained, learned and grown together. Behind them has been tremendous support from their parents and families, together with the commitment of their coaches Barry, Bryan, Deirdre and Fergus, who have given so much of their time to help these young players reach this milestone.

This evening they take on our friends and neighbours Ballykelly in Stephen O’Rourke Park. While friendships will be put on hold for an hour, we’re sure it will be played in the best spirit, with both clubs looking forward to a great occasion.

Whatever the result, tonight is one to be proud of and another important step in the journey of this talented young group.

Throw-in is at 6.30pm, and we’d love to see as much green and gold support as possible on the sideline.
