It’s another busy week ahead for Kildangan GAA with a number of important fixtures across all age groups — and plenty of opportunities to get out and support the teams.
Our Abbey Rangers U16s will be looking to build momentum after a mixed start to the league with two fixtures this week. They welcome St Edwards to Kildangan on Monday evening (6.30pm) before travelling to face table toppers Balyna in Johnstownbridge on Thursday (6.30pm).
On Friday evening, our U12s take on Rheban/Grange at 6.00pm in More O’Ferrall Park. With a number of activities happening around the club that evening, this is sure to be a well-supported fixture and a great occasion for the players.
Attention then turns to Saturday at 2.30pm, where our Senior team host neighbours Rheban in Round 5 of the league. This is a fixture that has been missing from the calendar in recent seasons, so it’s great to see it back — and it promises to be a competitive local encounter.
On Sunday morning (10.30am), our Abbey Rangers U14s travel to Athgarvan for a top-of-the-table clash between two unbeaten teams — a big test and one to watch.
