A fantastic evening of football unfolded as the Under-9 teams from Suncroft and Kildangan met for a spirited and skillful match. The young players from both sides gave it their all in a display that highlighted not just their growing football talents, but also their enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Kildangan proved to be slightly stronger on the evening, showing sharpness in attack and strong defensive play. However, Suncroft were more than up for the challenge, matching their opponents with determination and heart throughout the game.

What stood out most was the positivity and development shown by all involved. Every child got the chance to play in a variety of positions, helping to build their confidence and understanding of the game. Coaches and parents alike were treated to great moments of skill, plenty of goals, and even more smiles.
